How many participants are suitable for a leadership programme?

Workshops can be designed for groups of 6 to 20 people. Development programmes for emerging leaders work well with 8 to 15 participants. Individual coaching complements the group format.

How long does a leadership development programme last?

A meaningful development programme typically runs over 6 to 12 months to enable genuine behavioural change. Individual workshops can also take place as stand-alone interventions.

Do you offer leadership development for boards and supervisory boards?

Yes. I also work with boards and supervisory boards on their effectiveness — both as a collective body and through individual coaching formats.
