What is executive coaching?
Executive coaching is an intensive, confidential one-to-one process for senior leaders. It is not training, not a seminar, and not therapy — it is a reflective development process that focuses directly on your specific leadership situation, goals and impact.
As an executive coach, I work with CEOs, managing directors, supervisory board members and leadership teams across Central Switzerland, Zurich, Basel and the DACH region. The focus is on real impact: clear decisions, sovereign leadership, sustainable results.

My work combines business thinking (graduate in Business Administration) with over 15 years of experience accompanying executives. I understand the loneliness of leadership, the dynamics of boardrooms and the reality of transformations from direct experience.
